Nothing changes in Pipedrive until you confirm. To connect, paste your company domain and API token from Profile picture → Personal preferences → API.

Which record is kept when Pipedrive duplicates are merged?
The oldest record in each group, unless you type a different ID in the Merge into column. It keeps its values where both records have one.
Can a Pipedrive merge be undone?
No. Pipedrive merges are permanent, so you review every group and type MERGE to confirm.
How much does it cost?
SheetCrew for Pipedrive is free for loading, scanning and up to 10,000 changed records a month. Pro removes the limit for $19 a year, or $39 a year for every SheetCrew add-on.
