SheetCrew ("we", "us") makes a Google Sheets add-on that connects your spreadsheet to third-party platforms such as ActiveCampaign. This policy explains what data the add-on accesses and what we do with it.

Summary

• The add-on runs inside your Google account. We do not operate servers that receive your spreadsheet data or your CRM data.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data the add-on accesses

• The spreadsheet you open it in. The add-on reads and writes only the spreadsheet where you use it (Google scope spreadsheets.currentonly), to show contacts and record results.
• Your platform API credentials. The API URL and key you enter are stored in Google Apps Script's per-user property storage, visible only to your Google account. You can remove them at any time with "Disconnect account".
• Your CRM data. When you run an action, the add-on sends requests directly from Google's servers to your platform's API (for example ActiveCampaign) and writes the results to your spreadsheet.
• Your email address. Used only to label entries in the Log sheet inside your own spreadsheet.

How data is used

Data is used only to perform the actions you choose, such as loading, deleting or comparing contacts. It stays in your Google account and in your connected platform account.

Google user data

SheetCrew's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Website

• Early-access form. If you join the early-access list on sheetcrew.com, we store the name, email and platform you enter, plus your approximate country, to contact you about SheetCrew. Email us to have it deleted.
• Analytics. sheetcrew.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

Payments

If paid plans are offered, payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We receive only what is needed to manage your subscription, such as your email address and plan; we never see your full card details.

Data retention and deletion

To remove all data SheetCrew stores, choose "Disconnect account" in the add-on menu and uninstall the add-on. Data written to your spreadsheet remains yours and can be deleted like any other spreadsheet content.
